Niagara Tour Company guide will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel location. We provides FREE pick-up service anywhere in Niagara Falls, NY and Niagara Falls, Ontario. If you are staying elsewhere, we have several convenient, central pick-up locations in Niagara Falls. Call ahead to 716-285-6555 or Toll Free phone 1-877-581-6555 for directions.
The boat isn’t open whole year around. It all depends on weather and ice conditions. Usually it opens mid April to November.
Dress comfortably and casually according to the time of the year. You will be doing some walking so wear sneakers or comfortable walking shoes.
We will provide ponchos so you won’t get wet.
Our guided tours do not allow time for a sit down meal, however you can get a quick snack while on a tour. We suggest eating your main meal before or after your tour.
Tours may be rescheduled 24 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled tour date and time. If a tour is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee will apply. To reschedule a tour, passenger(s) must contact Niagara Tour Company The Cancellation / Refund Policy will not apply once a tour has been rescheduled. Rescheduled tours are non-refundable.
All Niagara tour company vehicles are air-conditioned.
No, unfortunately not. You must be able to step into and out of our vehicles on your own or with the help from a member in your group. You can bring your own wheelchair (provided it folds up) or you can use one of the wheelchairs we have available for our customers in need. Please call ahead at 1- 1-877-581-6555 to make special arrangements.

Yes. There are many photo and video opportunities on each tour and we encourage you to bring your camera and/or camcorder along to capture the action.
Yes, we pick-up from any downtown or airport hotel in Buffalo for our tours. There is an additional $40 trip fee per party for these pickups. Or check our Buffalo tour packages.
No, meals are not provided. Breaks will be given throughout the tour in order for guests to purchase something to eat on their own.
Yes, it is located in both the U.S. and Canada. You can view the Falls and enjoy one of our Combo tours from both sides of the border.
